PD 468, Sub District A – Beckley Industrial Area

Beginning at I-30 and the northeastern levee of the Trinity River, then southeast along the levee to I-35.  Then, along I-35 to Comal Street to Jefferson Blvd.  West on Comal Street to Ewing.  North on Ewing to Colorado.  West on Colorado to Marsalis.  North on Marsalis to Zang and then northeasterly to Greenbrier.  West on Greenbrier to Beckley and then north to I-30 – including all properties on the west side of Beckley.  See map below. If you would like to download a copy of the ordinance click here PD 468 3-7-97.  This copy does not contain amendments such as those made for the former JPI development along Greenbrier, the redevelopment of Lake Cliff Tower and the parcel containing Grand Bank, or the new development presently taking shape along Zang Blvd.  If you know of other amendments please let us know.

  • Lighting directed away from adjoining properties
  • Off-Street parking must be screened and attain a height of three feet above the parking surface.
  • Reflective glass- 15% stories one and two
  • Reflective glass -27% stories three and above
  • Outside storage must be screened
  • Trees must be planted 10 ft. from front property line and spaced at 30 ft., excluding visibility triangles and points of ingress and egress.
